The IDEAL project space is an artist-run platform for exhibitions, collaborative processes, and discursive formats, located at Neustädter Markt in the east of Leipzig. As a situated practice, it bridges local and global discourses and serves as both a host and an experimental toolbox for embedded forms of artistic and curatorial research. As an artistic form, it challenges institutional paradigms through artistic means.
Founded in 2018 by Gregor Peschko, the space has been co-directed since 2023 by Clara Hofmann, Adrian Lück, and Maren Schleimer.
